If you have proof of purchase I think you&#039;re covered by the 1 year warranty. If not, I would try it anyway, but you still need to open a warranty ticket on their site first so you get the form and the ticket number.

Last February I bought a brand new pair of V Moda earphones in the states, only to find that they broke 3 months later. I was quite disappointed, I had always been cautious of splashing out on expensive ear phones, and then when they break down after only 3 months, I did think I would never splash out again.
I havent sent them pack for repair, as I cant remember filling out the warranty. Instead, I have been using the trusted Apple earphones, which dont break down, but cause major noise issues to other travellers when I play my crazy techno!
