Only in London…

We all hear about sugar daddys. And mommies for that matter. But if you were looking for a flat and fancied some kinky sex, or even better if you were looking for some kinky sex and fancied a flat, here’s the deal for you.

This is a true posting, on the gumtree website. If the lady keeps her promise, well, that’s another matter, but this trully shows what happens when anonymous internet reaches critical mass:

ROOM IS AVAILABLE 1 APR

Yes, you get your own room, free rent, in return for semi-sexual favours. Basically I’m a busy career woman, who knows what I want and always get it.

Here’s the deal. I am a busy woman, and will need you to give me your undivided attention for 2 nights a week for a maximum of 2 hours! That’s it! You will need to lie shirtless in just your boxer shorts on my bed and hand cuffed with your arms above your head. There will be no intercourse, I will simply just simply play with you, caress you, run my fingers along your body, rest my head on your chest, talk to you, etc. That’s it

I am after cute guys aged between 18-30, with nice bonds. Must be friendly and outgoing. Extra points if you’re an Aussie/Kiwi - as I can’t get enough of you lot! But if you’re not aussie/kiwi, and you are cute and have a great bod, then by all means, email me!

You will need to be good looking with a luvable cute face, with an attractive muscular body. You need to be a gym goer (that’s a clue that you have a great bod). Not too much muscle like a body builder (yuck), but no skinny blokes either. You need to be fun and like to socialise. You’re also adventurous and open to new things. So if you’re an ugly antisocial, please do not apply.

To apply you will need to send me
1. A decent sized shirtless pic of you
2. Pic of you with your arms above your head
3. Close up pic of your armpits
4. And a pic with your clothes on.

Yes, i do have an extreme armpit fetish.

In return, you will get free rent in your own double bed room in my flat which is just off Long Acre, the centre of London (where you will find eveything you could possibly need), and is a double story house which has recently just been renovated into the modern state that it is today.

It is split between two levels, fully furnished with double beds, wardrobe and desk in each room. Massive living room complete with flat screen TV/DVD player/stereo system, computer with internet, designer sofas/coffee table with a balcony overlooking the city. The kitchen is equipped with double door fridge (with water dispenser), stove, oven, range hood, and all other kitchen appliances. The dining table can sit 6 people (six chairs). We have a separate laundry room complete with washing machine and dryer.

We have cleaners that clean the house 2 times a week. There is no committment and you are free to leave anytime. Once you are in, you are guaranteed to stay for at least 4 months even if we don’t get along (i will sign a contract to this) After that, we will re asses.

Have a look for yourself at http://www.gumtree.com/london/76/4224776.html

Maybe I should apply? ;)
