When you call any *big* company, you will be greated by an automated message, followed by a stupid question that ask you to press random numbers. So, unless you have some worrying sadistic fetish with these machine, give this a try:

In most cases, simply pressing a lot of ‘0′ will do the trick (I know it works for Vodafone UK at least :P )
